Mahomes wasn’t very forthcoming with the information about his brother. The quarterback was very firm in reiterating how the whole affair vis-a-vis his brother is something that he wants to keep private. It seems like the reigning champion is a lot more focused on continuing the large amount of success he has had in the past few months.

The quarterback also mentioned his main duties and explained, “I mean, at the end of the day, I come here to play football and try to take care of my family at the same time. So just kind of keep it to myself and just go out there and play football when I’m in the building.” However, his brother’s incident has made it harder for him to focus solely on football.

The allegations and charges against Jackson Mahomes

While Jackson has always been the focal point of flak from fans, his recent charges got him into serious trouble. He was accused of three counts of aggravated sexual battery. There was also an additional count of misdemeanor battery after the incident in February. After these charges, Jackson was arrested and booked at the Johnson County Detention Center.

While he was bailed out of jail, he received flak from the influencer community as well as the NFL community. It only remains to be seen what the final verdict he’ll face, both in the court of law as well as the court of people’s judgment.
