The Miami Dolphins lost again on Sunday Night Football against divisional rivals, the New England Patriots. And Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was not present on the roster in the 23-21 loss. This unfortunate exclusion came as a result of a concussion sustained in the game against the Green Bay Packers. However, Tua wants to play despite it not being medically safe for him to get back on-field.
Tua was added to the NFL’s concussion protocol this week, marking his second CP entry this season. Moreover, the proximity and impact of the multiple hits are bound to have lifelong consequences if Tagovailoa doesn’t smarten up. NFL experts think Tua should not play this season anymore for the simple reason that the “person comes before the players.”

It got so bad that at one point the Dolphins QB couldn’t recall making the plays minutes after drawing it up, according to head coach Mike McDaniel. However, according to Jay Glazer from the Inside Scoop show, Tua wants to play if the Dolphins make it to the playoffs next week.
That’s a problem, better to let him rest, not recovered from 1st one and just making it worse.

For this season, at least, he needs to not play, and perhaps longer.

He needs to retire…time and rest will help his situation. Once he gets better, he can become a football broadcaster or analyst. His future way of life is more important.

Tua shouldn’t have a say in this.

This was reported by Dov Kleiman on Twitter and the NFL world looked legitimately scared for the Dolphins’ signal-caller.

If fans thought the Green Bay Packers hit was bad for Tua, they should promptly check out the graphic video of the Tagovailoa clash in the Cincinnati Bengals game. The 24-year-old from Hawaii was momentarily paralyzed and unable to move. Moreover, just four days before the Bengals hit, Tua suffered another minor head knock against the Buffalo Bills. However, this didn’t stop as Tua played the entire Bills game.
Tagovailoa and his dynamic wide receivers were shaking up the league before the losses started mounting. Tyreek Hill left Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense to join Tua and win his second Super Bowl. However, 8-8 Miami’s dreams are on the brink of collapse if they lose against the New York Jets next week.
