The quarterback of the Miami Dolphins defeated his other fellow star shot-callers like Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs, Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles, and Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills. FOX Sports carried out a poll on Twitter. The fans had to select their favorite QB they saw as the Most Valuable Player.

40.3 percent of fans chose Tua Tagovailoa; Hurts came second with 27.9 percent. Patrick Mahomes was third on the list.
Many fans stand to support Patrick Mahomes
Although he lost the FOX Sports poll, Patrick Mahomes won the mid-season NFL MVP. Even though he lost his main squeeze, like Kareem Hunt and Sammy Watkins, he won this feat.
Early on in his career, because of losing his skilled guys, he played with a declining line in 2020. However, he managed to go to the Super Bowl. Then last year, he won the AFC title. Now without Tyreek Hill, the Chiefs score 30 points in every game. They also rank first in total yards and passing yards.
Additionally, Patrick Mahomes, 27, stands where Tom Brady and Peyton Manning were. They are on the way to the Hall of Fame.
This fan clearly supported the Chiefs QB as their mid-season MVP.
Mahomes has a better record passer rating more yards more TDs more yards per game and still gets no respect crazy on pace to break the single szn passing record

A fan who thinks Tua Tagovailoa is getting too much credit commented on this:
Are we giving him too much credit? I definitely think he’s doing great but the talent around him at the WR position absolutely helps him out and may make him look better than he actually is.

This fan finds the QB of the Philadelphia Eagles to be the real winner.
Jalen hurts gonna win the actual award

This fan tried to explain that the Dolphins QB only got awarded because of his excellent performance. And also, disregarding the mid-season MVP was wrong.
Funny that if you disagree w the pick you feel the need to trash him. This is all subjective. All the players under consideration are playing great! That’s why they’re under consideration. Trashing them just diminishes your credibility. There’s an argument for each one to be MVP.

A fan pointed out that Tagovailoa missed games because of his injuries, but he still became the MVP.
Bro missed a third of the season so far and yet you say he’s mvp?

Funny how we never took credit from Mahomes for having Tyreek, Kelce, Hunt, Watkins, a top offensive line, Bienemy and Andy Reid. But Dolphins add Reek an offensive tackle and a first time head coach/play caller and now Tua's being carried? 😂😂

For now, Tua Tagovailoa enjoys the fame of becoming the fans’ favorite. The young QB has put up great numbers so far. The 24-year-old leads in the NFL passer rating and QBR. He also ranks in the top five for passing TDs, completion percentage, and passing yards. After Jalen Hurts, he’s the only QB who is 6-0 in every game he started and finished. Since he is a popular choice now, he may as well get considered for the official MVP award.
