After suffering a scary injury, Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa was stretchered off during the game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The NFL world is praying for his speedy recovery. Fans are distraught about his health.

Meanwhile, the 24-year-old has been taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. The promising QB is conscious and has movement in all his extremities, confirmed by the Dolphins in a Tweet. In a welcome development, he is expected to be discharged from the hospital. The Dolphins also believe he will return to Miami, on the flight with the team.
However, several fans and analysts expressed dissent in allowing the passionate star to play despite suffering a wobbling episode last Sunday, against the Bills. NFL stars, including Patrick Mahomes, wished him a speedy recovery.

Tua Tagovailoa’s injury raises concerns about player safety

The promising talent was cleared to play by a medical team. However, he suffered a big blow in Thursday’s clash. Miami’s QB1 left the game against the Bengals on a stretcher. He had ankle and back injuries ahead of the game. This was after he landed on his back, and head on a sack by Josh Tupou in the second quarter.

What awaits Dolphins and Tagovailoa next?
Firstly, Tua Tagovailoa is hopefully cleared medically and spends some time resting. Dolphins would next meet the Jets. They are likely to play with Teddy Bridgewater who replaced the 24-year-old in Thursday’s clash. Earlier, Tua was placed on a stabilizing board before being taken into a stretcher. He was 8-of-14 for 110 yards and had an interception.
