The NFL draft is drawing nearer every day. Most franchisees are frantically trying to finalize the positions they want to fill when D-Day arrives. But Travis Kelce has other plans. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has prepared to set the Draft weekend on fire with Kansas City. And he is inviting Machine Gun Kelly, Nick Ross, and other popular artists to help him do that.

Kelce has established himself as one of Patrick Mahomes‘ biggest offensive outlets at Arrowhead Stadium. He played a big part in the Chiefs’ Super Bowl triumph about a couple of months ago. Now it is time for fun and letting loose.

The music festival is the latest of Kelce’s dabble into showbiz. He has a successful podcast ‘New Heights’ with his brother and the Philadelphia Eagles captain Jason Kelce. The TE recently hosted Saturday Night Live after lifting the Super Bowl. He is also hosting a ‘New Heights’ live fan event in Kansas City next month. He is a busy man. Then again, he has always been a showman.

Kelce the showman

Travis Kelce loves to put on a show, however big or small. The mayor of Cincinnati learned that the hard way when the Chiefs faced the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC championship game in January. Kelce riled up the crowd after beating the Bengals to lift the Lamar Hunt trophy. And he had some words for the Cincinnati mayor too that went viral.

Kelce knows he can keep people engaged with his wit and humor, and sometimes sheer honesty. The New Heights podcast is touching new heights every week. The Kelce brothers put on a show riddled with fun and laughter. That’s the kind of music festival the fans would hope for when they head to Azura Amphitheater on draft weekend.

Fans now have something more to look forward to on draft weekend other than the actual draft. They will be ready. Will Kelce be up to the hype? Only time can tell.
