Walker made his stance clear on the Climate Health care and Taxes Bill, signed into law by Joe Biden on August 16. “They (Democrats) continue to try to fool you like they are helping you out. But they’re not. They’re not helping you out because a lot of money, it’s going to trees,” Walker said, as per a clip of his remarks shared with The Hill. Walker added that spending should instead be on law enforcement.
Herschel Walker on climate change
Earlier on Tuesday, Walker posted a Tweet in which he expressed his displeasure over the Democrats’ proposal for creating urban forests.
Yes, you heard me right…Joe Biden and @ReverendWarnock are spending $1.5 billion on “urban forestry” and raising taxes on those making under $200k to pay for it. Yes, I have a problem with that.

In his Tweet, he talked against the idea of raising taxes on people who make under $200k a month, for fulfilling the monetary requirements in the bill.
