The fashionista grew up with five sisters. She revealed once in an interview that “…my mom had a closet in the house full of chips and cookies and all this stuff. And she wouldn’t let anybody touch it. You know, you can go to school and you can take a little chips. And that’s it. That’s the only time you can eat junk food.”

She confessed she stole chocolates from the closet full of snacks and blamed her sister, Gabby. That is certainly a cute side to the glamorous supermodel. However, when she was a newcomer in the fashion world, she did not have enough time to nourish herself. Because of the fast-paced life she lived, she went through severe panic attacks and anxiety. It was time to change her bad habits. And as a mother, she reinforces the healthy way of living for her munchkins too.

As a mother of three children, the responsibility falls on her to nourish them with empowering food. It is no news that the wife of the seven-time Super Bowl winner follows an all-natural organic diet. Vegetables, salmon, lean meat, and nuts make up a huge part of their diets. Their diets are void of white sugar, white flour, MSG, dairy, and fungus.

An extremely healthy breakfast on a normal day includes scrambled eggs, avocado toast, coconut yogurt with fresh berries, or toast with almond butter and honey.

This is something every mother would relate to: “As I’m making the breakfasts for my kids, I usually have whatever they don’t eat…I always say being a mom is like eating the rest of everybody’s food. It’s crazy…That’s all of my jobs as a mom. I don’t like wasting food, so I’m cleaning plates.”
