He went through emotions as his mother proudly congratulated her son for achieving all of his dreams.

As Tom Brady?s ex team-mate listened to his mom, the 7X Pro Bowl winner?s face beamed with a smile as his mother continued to praise his efforts. His mom ended her speech by calling her son ?You?re my Revis Island? which got a laugh from the cornerback.

The player fondly remembered how his mother prioritized education along with sports. “I remember if I wasn’t doing well in the classroom, you would take away the very thing I loved, which was playing ball,” Revis further said. “At the time, I didn’t appreciate you taking the ball away, but it was to make sure I had the same focus in the classroom as I did in sports. Thank you for always knowing what path I needed to take to make it here to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.”
