After a slow start and a sluggish offensive line, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers slipped to 3-3 this season after losing to the Steelers. Tom Brady’s offensive line was surprisingly unable to change the course of the game. Going into halftime without a single touchdown, the Bucs trailed the Steelers throughout. They also fumbled on an opportunity to tie the game.

The Steelers wrapped this victory without their starting quarterback, Kenny Pickett, among other vital players.

Tom Brady’s Temper Tantrum

After being sacked twice before halftime and completing only 24 of 40 passes, it clearly wasn’t Brady’s day. In the last leg of the second quarter, Brady was seen blowing up at his offensive line. Dropping expletives, the seven-time Super Bowl champion looked visibly frustrated

Brady took to social media after the disappointing loss. “We’ll turn it around,” read the last part of a four-line caption. While Brady’s words sounded reassuring not everyone is too sure of his performance this season.

Skip and Shannon voice their opinions

Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe from ‘UNDISPUTED’, a sports debate show, joined the dots between Brady’s sub-par performance and recent events in his personal life. Brady was seen attending New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s wedding in New York. The event caused the quarterback to miss the Buccs’ walkthrough.

When asked whether the absence of their quarterback was an underlying factor in the team’s loss to the Steelers, Shannon Sharpe spoke of personal experiences and the implications of Brady’s actions.

“I know Brady, he’s great and I would never deny him his greatness and his rightful place atop the mantle, but Skip I got to question some of the things that’s [are] going on. How invested is he? Because I see, oh no, okay you went to a wedding and now we got walkthroughs on Saturday that you don’t show up for,” he said.

Tampa Bay’s head coach Todd Bowles insisted that Brady did not miss any sessions. It is evident that the Buccaneers need to get their house in order both on and off the field if they hope to make it to the playoffs.
