Tom Brady started his professional career in 2001. The New England Patriots picked up a scrawny-looking kid as their sixth-round pick in the 2000 NFL draft. Brady played with the Patriots for two decades. New England signed the GOAT to a three-year contract in 2000. The contract was worth $866,500 with a signing bonus of $38,500. Tom earned an average salary of $288,833 per year. Of course, as the years progressed we saw Brady’s game improve, and naturally so did his contact. 

Brady left the Patriots in 2020 after winning six Super Bowls with them. He signed a two-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His latest contract is worth $50,000,000 with an average salary of $25,000,000. All the money is guaranteed. Throughout his entire career, the GOAT has earned $235,166,804 with the Patriots and $72,795,588 with the Bucs, bringing his total to a whopping $307,962,392.

Just like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning is also considered one of the GOATs. Manning started his professional career with the Indianapolis Colts. He was the number one overall pick in the 1998 NFL draft. Big things were expected from the young star and he always delivered on the field.

The Colts wanted to lock Manning as their QB for as long as they could. The franchise signed a six-year deal worth $46,314,000 with the athlete. It also included an $11,600,000 signing bonus with an average salary of $7,719,000. In 2012, Manning moved to the Denver Broncos. He originally signed a five-year deal worth $96,000,000. Then the QB signed a two-year extension worth $34,000,000. Throughout his NFL career, Peyton Manning made a total of $248,732,000.
