The 2019 and 2020 seasons were luckier for the Chiefs with them winning against the Buccaneers in both years, 23-16 in 2019 and 27-24 in 2020. In 2021, the Buccaneers won the Super Bowl with a victory over the Chiefs.

Who has the upper hand in Tom Brady vs. Patrick Mahomes?

Brady and Mahomes both started their rookie seasons as backups for their respective teams. Brady’s experience far outstrips Mahomes, with the former having played for over two decades. Mahomes has only been a part of the NFL for about half a decade. The difference in their experience shows because Brady has appeared in 10 Super Bowls and has won seven, while Mahomes has only appeared in the 2019 and 2020 Super Bowls, with one victory.
