The situation is quite dramatic inside the Buccaneers’ locker room. While fans could see Tom Brady screaming his throat out during the games, head coach Todd Bowles and OC Byron Leftwich remain stoic, unfazed, and reactionless, leaving the fans to speculate on clueless management. Now the only thing that the Bucs fans are demanding is to have a revamped coaching staff.

The current season has proved to be a terrible campaign for the Seven-time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady. Despite striving hard to get back to his winning ways, the team lacked clarity. And the offensive unit looked clueless in some situations.

One of the prime reasons behind such disparities is speculated as the poor techniques devised by Todd Bowles and the Offensive Coordinator Byron Leftwich. Ever since Leftwich joined the squad in 2019, he always remained under the shadow of Bruce Arians until the latter stepped away from his position.

But now his credibility as an OC is being questioned. However, all these developments don’t seem to impact Leftwich, who still believes in the team’s play-calling abilities.

“I just think it’s scoring – I know you guys think I’m crazy,” Leftwich said in a past interview per JoeBucs fan. “We have games where we go six drives and punt – I think we’re closer than what people think. We’re doing something well enough to win football games, right? I don’t know how good we were in the past at winning those types of games.”

“I think we’re better at finding ways to win those types of games because of the situations we’ve been in, good and bad.” he added. Anyways the situation didn’t change during the Bengals game this week. The Bucs lost 34-23 against Joe Burrow, and the team worsened their season record to 6-8.

Fans support Tom Bardy and call out Byron Leftwich asking him to step out

The only thing the fans are currently demanding is to remove Byron Leftwich and HC Todd Bowles from their position. A few days ago, Brady was accused of making tweaks in the final minutes before the game. Although the veteran quashed such theories, it wouldn’t be a surprise if that happened to be true.
