Tom Brady’s Son’s Huge Birthday Initiative Makes Him an Even Bigger Environmentalist Than Mother Gisele Bündchen

But they are setting an example to preserve the environment. The supermodel revealed an initiative that one of their kids follows to bring a change.

Gisele Bündchen once sat down with Marie Claire, outlining their efforts to create a more sustainable world. The supermodel also emphasized how one of her kids, Benjamin Rein, utilized his birthday to effect real change. Gisele’s determination to preserve the environment influenced her 12-year-old son.

Gisele mentioned, “We were at the beach and my son Benny found plastic in the ocean. He was so upset, and I explained to him that this is what happens after we discard things; they go to landfills and sometimes end up in the ocean. For the past couple of years, he decided that he did not want presents from his friends at his birthday party. Instead, he would like if they could donate to organizations that help endangered species.”

As a mother and environment activist, Gisele Bündchen made sure that she educates her kids on the simple 3Rs approach; Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Gisele also mentioned that Tom Brady and the other members aim to restrict their use of paper and plastic. They use a water filter and reusable bottles and decompose organic food waste.

Gisele Bündchen added that the family even brings their bags to the grocery store. They buy from local farms, reducing packaging waste. Although it is a small gesture, the Tom Brady family is adopting a workaround strategy and is on the right trajectory.

Gisele Bündchen confirmed her association with Ambipar, a Brazilian environmental services group. The supermodel joins the firm as a brand ambassador and becomes a stakeholder. Gisele announced her collaboration on Instagram, describing why she joined Ambipar and why the company’s aim resonated with her.

Gisele Bündchen and her links with environmental action are not a new narrative. Since 2009, she served as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme. She also built a clean-water campaign in her hometown. Bündchen and her family are off to make a better place, and they continue to do so.
