Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady was recently sharing a video on social media addressing the Boston Marathon participants. The seven-time Super Bowl champion was cheering on the efforts of the team TB12 ahead of the event in Boston. Brady founded the TB12 foundation in 2015 to empower young athletes to keep going against all adversities.

The Buccaneers QB took to Twitter to wish his team of 17 runners his best wishes ahead of the event on April 18. The minute and a half long video also witnessed his daughter Vivian reiterating the slogan ‘Keep Going!’.

The event is edging closer, and Brady was showing encouragement for his team and sharing a positive message for their efforts.

While sending his good wishes to all the members of his team, Brady states, “All the daily efforts you all are putting in, and all the challenges you have endured will be so worth it when you cross that finish line on Boylston street right in front of TB12… And running the marathon is an incredible accomplishment.

The former Patriots QB has been through their 17-runner team raising the funds for supporting the Foundation’s mission. Apart from preparing for the marathon, they have been training hard and raising awareness of the TB12 Foundation’s mission. Its mission is to bring recovery and pliability, education and services to those who need it most due to economic or health-related obstacles.

As a thank-you gesture, his foundation provided the runners with a full 14-week customized training plan. Their plan is the creation of certified coaches from the Road Runners’ Club of America. They organized group runs throughout the season to help them get ready for the event.

With Brady’s supportive gesture and encouragement video, the 17 runners will be looking to give their all.

The Buccaneers QB has been supporting young children by making scholarship applications available for student-athletes. They will be providing financial support for high-quality post-injury recovery for all these athletes. While the runners have their challenges on April 18, Brady will soon himself compete in the upcoming 2022 NFL season.
