It was for Brady a learning point in his career. It made him realize just how hard it is to maintain consistent success in the NFL. While talking about his 4th Super Bowl victory, he states, “One of the great opponents that I have played against in the Seattle Seahawks. To win that game we had lost in 2007, we lost in 2011 and we won in 2014. That’s sports.”
The testament to his winning mentality is that Brady clearly remembers the years he didn’t win. He explains how the margin between victory and defeat is thin. The NFL legend then was never going to stop from eclipsing all his competitors for the rest of his career.
