The absence of center Ryan Jensen was quite evident in Sunday’s game for the Buccaneers after Tom Brady got sacked twice before entering the fourth quarter. The reserves turned out inefficient, according to Brady, who was seen berating the linemen on the sidelines. He finally opens up on the motive behind those rants.

He was asked about the tirade on the sidelines and how his linemen took it. “It’s all good. You know, I think I have a great rapport with all my teammates, and they know that it is to motivate them and try to get us to a higher level,” Brady said, explaining the incident.

“If I don’t feel like we’re living up to the expectations and playing up to the expectations that we’re capable of then it’s that’s my job. You know, I’m a quarterback. I’m Not Expecting the Right Tackle To Do It… I’m the one out there speaking in the huddle call on the plays. That’s what my job is to try to get this going.” he added.

The seven-time Super Bowl Champion revealed that his tone varies from time to time. Sometimes, it’s encouragement, while other times might be an actual rant at the players. It’s him trying to raise the sense of urgency and getting things done when the tide is against them. Well, to a larger extent, this attitude fructified Brady’s aspirations, and the result was his seven Super Bowl rings.

Moreover, the quarterback is known for his on-field aggressiveness, which was on full display on Sunday. However, it didn’t bear fruit this time, apart from connecting for a touchdown in the second half.

In the first three plays toward the end zone, Brady had to settle for field goals. The first 12 points on the scoreboard were the contribution of Ryan Succop. In the press conference, the quarterback mentioned their underperformance and claimed to be more capable.

“It’s a game of earning it, and it’s a game of playing well, and we’re just not doing a good job of that. We’re all playing less than we’re capable of,” Brady said.
