It seems Gisele Bündchen is quite determined this time, enjoying life along with her kids and not attending any of Brady’s games this season. The Supermodel was spotted this weekend participating in the fall festivities amid her ongoing troubles with Tom Brady.

Almost half of the season is about to get over, but Bündchen never appeared in the stands cheering for her husband. Although they have been living separately, such activities intensified the theories that stated things were getting nasty between the duo. The Brazilian Supermodel was seen in good spirits with her two kids, Benjamin 12, and Vivian 9 this weekend.

Reportedly, she was taking kids to the Pumpkin patch in Miami, with herself carrying a large one in her hand. It was a day outing for the Bundchen and kids, setting up the mood for this Halloween weekend.

Bündchen wore a charcoal-colored T-shirt with gray pants and a pair of dashing glasses that concealed her beautiful eyes. Holding a big pumpkin in her hand, the model seemed quite happy talking to other people at the event.

Only Brady’s absence was sensed by the fans because the quarterback was busy preparing for the Week 7 game. The family was spotted on Saturday, just one day before the Seven-time Super Bowl Champion lost his regular season game 21-3 to the Carolina Panthers. Indeed, Brady is missing a lot.

After Gisele Bündchen, the quarterback was spotted without his wedding ring last week. This gave more leverage for the fans to brew theories on the ongoing marital woes between them.

According to Page Six, things are getting nasty as the Supermodel has reportedly hired a top divorce attorney in the city, Tom Sasser. The West Palm Beach attorney happens to be the managing partner of Sasser, Cestero & Roy. This guy has a long history of representing A-list celebrities in the past. Tiger Woods and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon happened to be his clients a few years ago.

Despite so much noise in the outside world, both of them have kept mum on the issue. In the past, when such disparities occurred, the duo patched up in a while. However, the situation seems quite serious this time.
