There have been multiple reports from numerous outlets that the 45-year-old was sporting an injury to his finger. In Week 1, there were multiple successful sacks on the quarterback by the defense of the Cowboys.
Finally, after their 2nd game against the New Orleans Saints, the number of reports regarding his injury only increased. However, the player looks to be ok, as he attended the full practice session this Wednesday.
When asked about his injury, Brady said, “I feel great. It’s football season, so yeah.” So it seems now that the player is more than fine for his upcoming battle with Aaron Rodgers.
Does this mean everything is good with the quarterback?
The news of the player training is good and has still remained out of the Bucs’ injury report. Even so, multiple reports have come out about his problem. Brady is said to be bothered by his throwing hand. The player was seen shaking his ring finger repeatedly. He was also spraying something on his finger throughout the session. It won’t be a surprise if the player is actually struggling with discomfort.

In 2021, Tom Brady had minor surgery after winning the super bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was then disclosed that the player had been playing the entire season with a torn medial collateral ligament in his left knee. Even then, the player was kept off the injury reports and played through the pain. It is more than possible that he might be facing issues with his finger.

Tom Brady will be facing Aaron Rodgers in Week 3
In Week 3 of this NFL season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be hosting the Green Bay Packers. Someone like Tom Brady would do everything to not miss out on the opportunity to face another top quarterback. Aaron Rodgers is the back-to-back NFL regular season MVP. They won’t only be fighting for a win but also the bragging rights that come with beating another top talent.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers must be reluctant to lose their starting quarterback. They have been playing with a depleted offensive line. Now, losing Chris Godwin to injury and Mike Evans to a suspension, the team won’t be happy if they had to sit Brady out as well.
