The Grim Reaper acknowledged TB12 as an inspiration. But recently, Brady made sure that the feelings are in both ways. He also revealed what he loves about the Chiefs QB.

During the weekly Let’s Go! Podcast, Tom Brady spoke on the Buccaneers’ Week 4 loss and opened up regarding Hurricane Ian’s devastation in Florida. The QB also showcased appreciation for Patrick Mahomes and the best thing about his in-game IQ.

TB12 acknowledges The Grim Reaper

Tom Brady mentioned, “A hundred percent and I’ve you know from the moment he kind of stepped on the scene. I’ve had a great admiration for him and how he’s done things and I think I can always view his position as quarterback but really his position as a leader of the team and how infectious his personality is and how the guys really rally around him.”

“I think that’s what I appreciate so much about him. You know obviously his play style is unique, and it’s tremendous but I think his leadership ability is what sets him apart that the fact that he’s able to get the guys around them to play at a higher level and they really enjoy playing with them. I think that speaks a lot about him,” TB12 added.

Tom Brady did everything he could to preserve the Buccaneers in the top gear. But Mahomes‘ remarkable passing range flabbergasted everyone. The Chiefs prevailed over the Buccaneers by 41-31 at the Raymond James Stadium.

Tom Brady has crazy thoughts over Patrick Mahomes’ unreal TD pass

Patrick Mahomes avenged his Super Bowl LV loss in Week 4. However, the Chiefs QB’s touchdown pass stole the show. He slid out of the pocket and dashed for the right corner. Mahomes halted just short of the line of scrimmage and flipped the ball towards the end zone. Clyde Edwards-Helaire caught it for a score. But TB12 is scratching his head over the crazy pass.

Tom Brady took to Twitter and shared his thoughts after the season’s second loss. He acknowledged that there is plenty of work to do, but the whole locker room will get it right and have each other’s backs. However, he needs to look at a few hours of film to figure out how Mahomes executed the monumental touchdown pass.
