The 2021 PGA Championship saw Phil Mickelson become the oldest golfer to win a major tournament at the age of 50. Defying all odds, Mickelson proved that age is just a number. Much like Tom Brady continues to do so in the NFL.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is a fan of the sport and an avid golfer himself. He has often been seen taking time off to hit the golf course with his friends and family.
Thus seeing Mickelson’s heroics definitely had Brady hooked much like golfing fans around the world. And one particular play of Mickelson that stood out had Tom Brady enthralled as well.

Citing Terrell Owens’ classic “That’s my quarterback” line, Brady shared a clip of Mickelson making the incredible shot. What’s important to note here is that Brady and Mickelson have known each other for some time.
The two partnered up earlier last year to take on Peyton Manning and Tiger Woods in a charity golf match to raise funds for COVID-19 relief. And even back then Brady showed that he’s no pushover on the golf course either.

Something that which each passing day seems more like a genuine possibility than a distant reality.
