Tom Brady opened up about his divorce from the Brazilian model, Gisele Bündchen. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback announced via social media that he and Bündchen had finalized their divorce.

Both Brady and Bündchen posted individual statements on Instagram. Speaking on his podcast, ‘Let’s Go!’ Brady discussed his personal life alongside other topics.
Tom Brady speaks of his divorce
The seven-time world champion finally opened up about the divorce on his podcast. Tom Brady reiterated his divorce announcement statement by stating that the split with Bündchen was amicable. Brady and Bündchen were married for 13 years. They now share the join-custody of their children.

Brady said, “I think there’s a lot of professionals in life that go through things that they deal with at work and they deal with at home.” He also stated that he’s presently focused on two things which are taking care of his family and children, while also doing his best to win games on the field.
Brady believes that, as a professional athlete, one focuses on work when it’s time to work and focuses on the priorities at home when they’re home.
While speaking of the importance of family and his parents, TB12 also spoke of his desire to be a great father to his children. He also stated that he wants to try to do things the right way and deal with challenges n the best way possible. He added, “So I want to always be able to hold my head high on and off the field, and I’m going to try to continue to do that for as long as I’m here.”
What’s happening on the field?
The 45-year-old quarterback has had a career full of accomplishments. Arguably the most decorated quarterback in the league with seven Super Bowl championships, Brady’s list of accomplishments is truly staggering.

Much to the surprise and dismay of fans, his performance this year is comparatively lacking. Currently, at 3-5 in the league, the Bucs do not look anything like their former selves. The 2020 Super Bowl champions have suffered three consecutive losses. This is a first for Brady in a very long time.

In his 23rd season with the league, Brady’s performance on the field has been worrisome. The Bucs’ have been lacking on the offensive front since the start of the season.

Tampa Bay is set to face the Los Angeles Rams in their upcoming bout. Fresh from their 14-31 loss against the San Francisco 49ers, the defending champions will be hoping to improve their 3-4 against the Bucs.
