While talking with People magazine in 2019, Brady states, “She’s an incredibly hard worker in the gym… She needs to work out because she wouldn’t be able to sit still.” He adds that she trains intensely and gets competitive when they work out together by going harder than Brady. The legendary QB credits her incredible energy and limitless drive to surpass her competitors in the gym.

The active and healthy lifestyle of Brady and Bündchen is because of the latter’s intensity. Brady admits to preserving his intensity for games rather than working out in the gym. He reveals that the lifestyle also has trickled down to their children Benjamin, Vivian, and John, who follow the example of their parents.
