When Rob Gronkowski announced his second retirement, he clarified he would not be coming back to the NFL. While he is standing by his decision, he may have found a loophole. The former NFL TE returned to the field and made some plays. Will the athlete make a one-and-done return alongside his best friend, Tom Brady, despite all the return hype?

 

Rob Gronkowski pursued retirement and made his WWE debut. But that did not last long because Tom Brady enticed him to join the Buccaneers. The sensational QB-TE duo clinched a Super Bowl with the franchise. After the 2021–22 season, Gronk considered retiring and focusing on secondary ventures. However, there may be a catch to his athlete status.

 TMZ Sports recently spotted Rob Gronkowski on a football field in Orlando, Florida. The former NFL TE lined up alongside the former WWE superstar and his friend Dean ‘Mojo Rawley’ Muhtadi. However, he did not do something he usually does. Gronk and Mojo made a couple of field goal attempts, and the TE nailed them with satisfaction.

Gronkowski and Muhtadi worked in the WWE when the former NFL TE hosted WrestleMania 36. Both have had a great bond, and they share it in their profession as well. The former WWE wrestler has roots in the NFL and is now working as a co-host on TMZ Sports.

Rob Gronkowski delivered some flawless kicks and looks spectacular in terms of physique. Many would consider that he may have a few more years of athletic prowess left inside him. However, his return looks uncertain, as he is strictly following his second retirement.

Gronk might be off football and living his best life. However, he did not rule out playing another sport, namely baseball. But the former NFL TE had an uncanny place to play the game. A video shared by MLB showed Rob Gronkowski playing baseball in a supermarket.

Gronk used a bread loaf as a bat and a marshmallow as the ball. It took several attempts to complete the hit. The bread slipped out of its sleeve and glided to a customer in one trial. Gronkowski tried again, and this time the marshmallow came into contact. The former Buccaneers tight end boastfully hailed his knock in front of a live audience.
