For the last 20 years, Tom Brady and Super Bowls have gone hand in hand. And this year Brady is going to the Super Bowl again. Even with his Tampa Bay Buccaneers struggling in the regular season, nothing has changed for the GOAT. Well, not entirely. He might be going to Super Bowl LVII as a broadcaster, if not as a quarterback.

Brady might be covering Super Bowl LVII as a part of the FOX Sports NFL crew alongside Kevin Burkhardt. The seven-time Super Bowl champion can be seen broadcasting the championship game as a sports analyst if the Buccaneers fail to make the playoffs.

Tom Brady has an official contract with FOX

According to Front Office Sports, Fox Sports wants Brady at this season’s Super Bowl at the State Farm Stadium in Arizona. Fox announced this year that the legendary quarterback will be joining the Fox Sports team as an analyst and broadcaster. The network has given Brady a whopping $375 million 10-year contract. This means Tom Brady will make more money in 10 years as a sports broadcaster than he has from playing football for 20 years.

Tom Brady has already come out of retirement once. And he does not intend to go down that road again anytime soon. So the Fox NFL crew might have to wait a little longer. “No retirement in my future,” the 15-time Pro Bowler said in a recent presser. Brady seems committed to the Buccaneers even though the pirate army is struggling this season and said, “I love the sport and I love the teammates and you know, I wanna go do a great job for this team like I always have.”

This is bound to make the Patriots and Buccaneers matchups in the future super entertaining.

Brady and the Bucs are off to a disastrous start this season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are currently 3-5 and they are not playing playoff-level football. This is the first time in Tom Brady’s career, where his team has been under .500 for two games. This is also the first time Brady’s team has ever lost three back-to-back matches. The Buccaneers lost to the Steelers, Panthers, and the Ravens in consecutive weeks.

Tom Brady is struggling with his offense. Brady has only 9 touchdown passes into Week 8 of this NFL season. His QBR rating ranks him 18th among the league’s quarterbacks. Injuries have also made things difficult for the Buccaneers. Center Ryan Jensen, safety Logan Ryan, and linebacker Shaquil Barrett are only three names from the long list of Tampa Bay’s injuries.
