Moreover, Brady had the chance to speak with Patrick regarding the most famous Super Bowl interceptions as he nears the end of his illustrious career. It was the moment in Super Bowl XLIX when the Patriots vanquished the Seahawks.

TB12 mentions, “I do think that was one of the great plays in NFL history. For as much reaction to, ‘oh they should have handed the ball off, I wish there was the same reaction that was ‘can you believe how incredible of a play that was that Malcolm made?’ In fact, that’s why I gave Malcolm the car, because Malcolm deserved the car. And you know, I think he’s still got it.”

Malcolm Butler snagged QB Russell Wilson’s pass at the goal line to give the Patriots the victory. With the help of the CB, Brady won his fourth Super Bowl. That’s when MVP Brady offers Butler his prize, a red Chevy Colorado truck.

Tom Brady once missed a win against Nick Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LII. The prime reason cited was Bill Belichick’s dubious decision to bench Malcolm Butler for the game. It led to a 41-33 loss. After the game, Butler sends out a statement concerning his sidelining at the game.
