The Major League Pickleball took the pathetic division by storm. As the hype continues, notable people are putting their cash as an investment in America’s fastest-growing sport. The recent being Tom Brady, who made a move alongside Kim Clijsters. TB12 spoke about his latest investment during a media appearance and how Rob Gronkowski would be a perfect fit for his team.

Tom Brady spoke to the media about his entrepreneurial deeds and the move towards the sprouting game of pickleball. The reporters asked him which of his Tampa Bay Buccaneers colleagues might be an ideal addition to the sport. He took Mike Evans’ name to be a fit. Moreover, he added his best buddy Gronk as well.

 

Tom Brady mentioned, “Let’s see. Mike [Evans] would be really good with that length, power. The good players — it’s really a finesse sport. Not a lot of finesse guys in the locker room. We’ve got a bunch of bulldogs in there. So, I’d say Mike. Yeah, Mike. Gronk would be really good, too, but he’s not in there.”

The reporters also asked the NFL GOAT if he would be another great addition to the game. However, Brady joked while he thought of himself as ‘decent’ as a “45-year-old with average athleticism.”

After announcing for the second time, Rob Gronkowski is enjoying his retired life. With Tom Brady running his 23rd year in the game, many would love to see the trailblazing pair going at it. However, the chances are slim of seeing them in action. But for pickleball, it is yet to see if Gronk would take the sport and compete for his best friend.

Tom Brady and Kim Clijsters became the latest celebrity entities to set foot in the Major League Pickleball. CNBC did not reveal the team’s name and the financial terms. However, the desire for teams has increased dramatically, and costs are now in the seven-figure area.

Now, Tom Brady and Kim Clijsters have joined the fray. They are partners in Knighthead Capital Management, which has agreed to purchase one of the expansion teams set to debut in 2023.
