Tom Brady is undoubtedly one of the most decorated athletes in the NFL, and he has made plenty of records over the years. However, during his recent game against the Seattle Seahawks, he fell short of breaking an incredible record set by the Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
During the fourth quarter, the Seahawks linebacker Cody Barton intercepted one of Brady’s passes, which was his first interception after 399 pass attempts.

Tom Brady came incredibly close to breaking Aaron Rodgers’ record
Not only the 7-time Super Bowl champion fell short of the 400 mark, but he also could not break Rodgers’ record, i.e. 402 consecutive pass attempts without any interceptions. Notably, Rodgers created that record back in 2018.
Prior to that interception, Tom Brady had gone 399 straight pass attempts without throwing an interception…
He was just 4 pass attempts away from breaking Aaron Rodgers' record (402 straight pass attempts in 2018) for the longest such streak in NFL history

Although Brady is not having a great season, his passing accuracy is still there. However, he missed the mark for the first time this season against the Seahawks. His last interception came against the Cowboys in the week 1 game of this current season when the Bucs beat the Cowboys 19-3.
Since then, the QB has gone 8 games without making an interception and his streak finally ended at the hands of LB Barton. Notably, in the last game against the Rams, Brady created another major record when he breached the 100,000 passing yards mark and became the first NFL player to do so. However, he talked about not caring too much about the records at the moment, as he is focusing on winning.

The Bucs are on the right track after their win against the Seahawks
Speaking of winning, the Bucs are finally winning games after losing three in a row before the matchup against the Rams. On Sunday at the Allianz Arena in Germany, the Bucs showcased another impressive performance against the Seahawks after their hard-fought win against the Rams last Sunday.
In the first half, Brady and the Bucs played incredibly to get the lead. The Seahawks tried to make a comeback in the second half, but that was too little too late for them. In this game, the GOAT performed brilliantly, as he threw 258 yards for 2 touchdowns. After this win, the Bucs have now won 5 and lost 5 games and are currently at the top of the NFC South division. Safe to say, Tampa is getting pretty close to qualifying for the playoffs if they continue their winning momentum.
