The prodigal son returned, and he tore down the walls of his former home. In a scintillating sixty minutes of play, Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off a 19-17 victory over New England Patriots. Tom Brady broke an NFL record and created a unique piece of history during this match. The world simply cannot keep up with his awesomeness.
Tom Brady once again defies logic for Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Ahead of the Patriots vs Bucs fixture, Tom Brady was the most pumped athlete in the world. He disregarded twenty years of history, a homecoming and even his relationship with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, all to win it for the Buccaneers. Well, he did it, and did it quite convincingly.

Brady broke the all-time record for passing yards, surpassing Drew Brees. The legend was in attendance at Gillette Stadium, and could only stand and applaud. Meanwhile, Patriots QB Mac Jones had a different day, but some could say he was unfortunate to end up on the losing end. And there’s no shame being on the losing end after facing Tom Brady.
It’s only fitting it happened at @GilletteStadium.

Brady cemented his legacy as an outright machine on the field, and his ability to disregard his past to beat the Patriots is absolutely ridiculous. With the win over his former team, Brady now becomes the fourth QB after Peyton Manning, Drew Brees and Brett Favre to beat all 32 teams in the NFL.
Tom Brady's team won a game in which he was outplayed by an opposing QB because his defense made clutch plays.
Never heard of it.

Some might say the season can swing in any direction, but the resistance shown from the Buccaneers today was inspiring. They held off a hungry side led by Mac Jones and denied them many scoring opportunities. Richard Sherman found his groove quickly, picking up five tackles and one pass interception.
