Tom Brady is entitled as one of the most successful NFL QB of all time. A short throwback to his legacy is portrayed through the docuseries. In this episode, the veteran got a lot more to say about his family and relationship with his father.

Tom Brady wants to inherit the legacy of his father

The 44-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback announced his retirement earlier this year. However, it lasted for 40 days only. After that, Brady returned to the sport envisioning a Super Bowl title and ending his career on a high note, unlike his past season. While talking about his fatherhood in the final episode, Brady got candid sharing his experience.

“I’m a dad to some amazing children. When I think about being a dad, I think of him because of what my dad meant to me,” he said, wiping away tears. “I know I’m not as good a dad to my kids as my dad’s been to me. I use them as my example of how to keep a family together and to care, to support, and how to love.” Brady added.

“We want our kids to be happy. I want them to be respectful of people. I want them to be kind. I want to make the world a better place,” he continued, before reflecting on what he wishes for his children in the future.

“I  think what I’d wish for my children is something they would love to do like I have. But I also think that I have taken them to an extreme too. There are imbalances in my life and I hope they don’t take things as far as I’ve taken them. I want them to experience great success in whatever they do.” Brady confessed in front of the camera.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion is a father to three kids. John “Jack” Edward, 14, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.

With his wife Giselle Bündchen, he shares a 12-year-old boy, Benjamin Rein, and a 9-year-old daughter Vivian Lake.

I’m just honored — honored to be his dad. And happy as could be to be able to walk the journey with him.” Brady’s father added to his speech.

The entire documentary revolves around Tom Brady’s all 10 Super Bowl appearances, his life struggles, relationships, and much more. If Brady manages to clinch another title and retire 2023 season, he’d have eight Super Bowl rings to his name. A record that will be all the more impossible to break for any other quarterback, at least, for anytime soon.
