The NFL power couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, tied the knot in 2009. Their wedding was a dream. Only close friends and relatives were present to celebrate their love. During the commencement of the nuptials, two bodyguards fired shots at prying photographers. They hurt nobody. However, the Costa Rican judge sentenced them to five years in prison. Also, the judge fined both of them $10,000. There was a third bodyguard in the picture. But the judge acquitted him of any charges.
To protect the privacy of the couple, the bodyguards approached the paparazzi. They asked them to turn in their memory cards. But they moved away in the car. That’s when the shots were fired. When Brady said to Sports Illustrated’s Peter King in 2009, “Absolute total B.s. We found two guys on our property, and we told them to get out. Our security guys didn’t even have guns. There were no shots fired.” Well, the two stories do not link with each other.

In her book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, she bares it all. The supermodel describes her important day, mesmerizingly. In her words, she recalled, “Around forty people gathered in our open living room: Tom’s and my entire extended family — including nieces — and three good friends apiece. On a nearby table strewn with candles and assorted crystals sat two bowls, one containing honey and the other rice. The honey, it is said, would sweeten our future, and the rice anticipates prosperity.”
