However, on his podcast, Let’s Go! With Jim Gray and Larry Fitzgerald, Brady revealed that even he overlooks his strict diet on one day in the year. What day are we talking about? It is none other than Thanksgiving day. “I know I’ve had a pretty strict diet over the years, but that’s one thing that loosens up around Thanksgiving,” revealed Brady. “I get to eat kind of, you know, I get to go for it, especially during the season,” he added.

Usually the 7 time Super Bowl champion is pretty true to his cause. And to support his lifestyle in the NFL, his diet is a great tool. It mostly includes carbohydrates, ‘nightshade’ vegetables, MSG, coffee, legumes, whole grains, roughage, and a small percentage of lean meat. He also consumes a large amount of water per day. But it seems he will have his pick on the dining table this Thanksgiving day.

As the quarterback will be deviating from his diet this Thursday, he will have to get ready for a trip to Cleveland, Ohio. The Buccaneers will face their next opponents, the Cleveland Browns.
