When asked how he conjugates the entire situation after last year’s incident, Jones responds, “This sounds a little hollow, but he does and is maturing.” He’d further offer a humorous response in reference to last year’s incident and remarked, “What was he going, 66 mph?….he is 34 mph less than this year…. 98 to 66, so that’s an improvement.”

While Jones may have offered the reporters a moment to chuckle amidst the current controversies surrounding his player. It doesn’t erode the fact that Williams continues to be on the radar of law enforcement, in consecutive years.

Sam Williams, a 2nd year NFL OLB, faces a second arrest in as many years. After being involved in a car crash and a speeding row last year, he is back in the news. Following the latest round of news and reports, it is revealed that he is being arrested on multiple charges. Although much of the charges have yet to be substantially commented upon. The allegations have forced the Cowboys to refrain from making a comment.
