Get ready to witness the ultimate celebration! Jason Kelce, the Eagles All-Pro center, is known for his love of chugging beers during special occasions like the NFL Draft, World Series games, and Super Bowl parades. But now, he’s taking it to the next level by chugging cold ones for a noble cause. The bearded podcaster is not only a pro on the field but also a hero off the field. But this time, it’s not just the brothers who are involved. Papa Kelce was also with the gang.

With his Super Bowl rival and brother, Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce, he returned to Sea Isle City on Wednesday to work with Eagles Autism Foundation to raise funds by hosting their first “Beer Bowl” event at the famous Ocean Drive bar! The Eagles’ center has been appearing at the ‘OD’, as locals have termed the location, since 2021 to raise money for the team’s foundation; Travis Kelce tagged along to help boost his brother’s fundraising team last year. The first brothers to play against each other in last year’s Super Bowl detailed the Beer Bowl competition on their ‘New Heights Show’ podcast.

The Beer Bowl is a competition centered around beer and sponsored by their podcast New Heights. However, before the big day, the brothers invited their father, Ed, to present the grand prize. And guess what? It was a briefcase containing a whopping $50,000 in cold hard cash. They hyped him up, saying, “This is how a Kelce holds a briefcase, Papa Kelce for you all,” as later joking how ‘this isn’t secure.’

“There’s police outside; just borrow a handcuff. Mom was supposed to have the key so that you couldn’t lose this. What if Chiefs-a-holic is in the audience? You might steal that from him. Nobody knows where he’s at. This is a bank robbery, and he is on the run. He’s a Chiefs fan, too; he’s probably a Travis Kelce fan.”

Though, it’s worth noting that the charitable proceeds from this heartwarming event will go towards supporting the Eagles Autism Foundation and Team 62. T62 happens to be Kelce’s Eagles Autism Challenge team. It’s genuinely heartening to know that since 2021, Kelce’s fundraisers in Sea Isle have raised over $200,000!

It’s “Go Eagless!!!” with Chiefdom at the bar

The Beer Bowl had its ‘moments,’ with the Kelce brothers at the counter. It all began as Jason had fun with the fans tuning to the Eagles’ fight song, having become so familiar with it that he could recite every word without hesitation. He led the crowd in singing “Fly, Eagles, Fly” while behind the bar at the OD. Not to mention the Eagles that flocked in to support their brother. Jason’s teammates like Jake Elliot, Fletcher Cox, and Landon Dickerson tend the bar at the OD, making fans go wild! Though the birds’ hearts did stop when they heard Elliot talk about not being an Eagle anymore.
