Tampa Bay Buccaneers HC Todd Bowles defended Tom Brady, who attended Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s wedding in New York on Friday. Bowles said it had no impact on the Bucs’ 20-18 loss against the Steelers. The 58-year-old added the NFL GOAT did not receive any preferential treatment to attend the wedding.

Meanwhile, the coach also added Tom Terrific works as hard as anyone. The veteran coach added Brady is a superstar, and it is why he receives undue attention for such issues. “He works as hard as anybody. Special treatment, — there have been a few guys that have missed meetings and some practices for some special thing — that just doesn’t get publicized because they’re not him. It just kind of comes with the territory. You don’t worry about it too much,” he said. The coach’s support came amidst criticism that the QB should have stayed with the team ahead of the Sunday game.

Brady misses two week-offs to prepare for the game
The NFL legend earlier decided to give his body a rest by taking day-offs on Wednesdays. However, Brady did not take a week off in the last two weeks and attended the team practice. The GOAT prepared for the NFL games as the Bucs received criticism for not performing to their ability. Brady attended the wedding of Kraft since he has a long association and bond with the Patriots owner.
Tom Terrific later joined the team at their hotel in Pittsburgh. He attended the pregame meetings. During the game, TB12 was seen throwing a lot of cuss words at teammates after they failed to step up the offense. In 2022, the Bucs offense average is just 19 points a game. NFL GOAT and his team have not had a great beginning, so far.

Fans doubt whether it has anything to do with the injury to his right ring finger. However, the Bucs still top the division league standings despite losing three of their six games. The 45-year-old needs to step up and deliver for the former Super Bowl winners.
