Sapp was a Super Bowl winner with the Bucs. Notably, he was also the defensive player of the year in 1999. Apart from these, he had multiple accolades and is considered among the best defensive players.
The Rock, despite not making it to the league, had a distinguished career himself in other fields. Even though Dwayne Johnson praised his former teammate through his tweet, it was clear that he took a slight dig at him.
