A book titled, ‘Brady vs Manning: The Untold Story of the rivalry that transformed the NFL’ talks about some of the most personal moments the two legends spent during crisis periods. When Manning supported Tom Brady

The NFL GOAT missed almost the entire 2008 season after tearing his ACL during the first quarter of the season opener. Manning supported the superstar with text messages and phone calls. “I think you find out during those times who’s with you,” said the 46-year-old Manning. “Going through a rough time, being injured, people kind of look at you funny. You kind of reach out to Tom, tell him good luck, check in on him,” the Super Bowl winner added.

Later, Tom Brady supported his brother as he underwent a troubled time. Manning missed the entire 2011 season following his neck injury, and TB was in frequent communication. “It is nice to have a peer you can really rely on, and you know, is completely trustworthy. That’s the kind of relationship we have,” said the 45-year-old Brady.
