Tom Brady calls out Bucs teammates

Elite sport is a field of effort like any other. The more effort one puts into training and in games, the better the results that come out of it. And that is exactly what Tom Brady wants his Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammates to work on.

Speaking on his podcast ‘Let’s Go’, Brady called the effort to be the most embarrassing part of the Bucs’ team.

The Buccaneers are not in a good position this year. They have lost five out of the nine games so far this season. The team was on a three-game losing streak after week eight. But they snapped out of it after Tom Brady led them to a come-from-behind victory over the Rams. That win could prove to be a crucial turning point to revive the season for the team from Tampa, Florida.

Though Brady himself is second in the league in passing yardage, he hasn’t been able to translate that into success in the end zone that much. Brady has thrown 2547 yards this season but only has 10 touchdown passes so far. That puts him tied for 16th on the list of passing touchdowns this season. On turnovers, though he has been phenomenal as always. The opposing defenses have intercepted just one of his passes in nine games. That makes him the best in that regard.

So, the season is far from unsalvageable for Brady and Co. Can they get a fresh start after a galvanizing last-minute win, and make something happen this season?
