‘The Kid That Made Me a Mom’: Patrick Mahomes Receives a Special Birthday Message After Turning 27

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes celebrated his 27th birthday on September 17. A major superstar in the making, Mahomes enjoys unsolicited love from fans across the world. Yet, his biggest fan is none other than his mother, Randi Mahomes. Mama Mahomes is in awe of her son and his achievements.

On the occasion of her son’s birthday, Mrs. Mahomes wrote a Tweet that outlined her emotions towards Patrick Mahomes. “Happiest birthday to the kid that made me a mom on this day, 27 years ago. [Patrick Mahomes] i love you”, she tweeted. 

Randi Mahomes and Patrick Mahomes: A genuine son and a loving mom

Patrick Mahomes is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars of the NFL. His mother is a strong pillar of support for his achievements. She defends her son in his NFL battles. The proud mother ensures that he is mentally alright before each game. Alongside Jackson, Mia, and her daughter-in-law Brittany Mahomes, she attends the Chiefs’ matchups.

 Mrs. Mahomes is also a cancer survivor. She took to Twitter to announce that she defeated cancer on December 17, 2001. The 56-year-old expressed happiness that she did not succumb to the dangerous disease. Born in Tyler, Texas, she calls Patrick Mahomes a ‘blessing’. PM15 is married to Brittany Matthews. The couple welcomed a child together in 2021.

Mahomes NFL dreams

Patrick Mahomes entered the first round of the NFL draft in 2017. He was the tenth pick by the Chiefs. He is the only QB in history to throw over 5000 yards in a season in both college and the NFL.
