The Mike McCarthy-coached franchise start their 2021 season with a point to prove to their doubters. They were one of the favorites to win the NFC East crown last year. However, in the absence of Dak Prescott, the Cowboys finished 3rd in their division with a 6-10 record.

Stephen A. Smith makes hilarious Dallas Cowboys season prediction

Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman featured on the latest segment of ESPN’s First Take. While talking about the teams in the NFC East, Smith was asked to offer his two cents on the Dallas Cowboys and their playoff hopes.

He said, “I think the Dallas Cowboys are gonna win at least 10 games. The Fall will be precipitous, the fall will come. Hey, like you’re gonna win a Super Bowl.

“But can they win the division? They could do that and then flop, absolutely. Matter of fact I fully expected Philadelphia Eagles, rebuilding (New York) Giants, as you know not ready yet.

“But with Dak Prescott back with that offense, particularly if they draft in a leak and somebody elite on the defensive side of the ball.

“I definitely think the Dallas Cowboys are winning more than nine and half of their game. I think they’re gonna win a minimum of 10 games, probably 11,” Smith said on the show.

The Cowboys own 10 picks in the 2021 NFL Draft, including the 10th overall pick in the 1st round. They are reportedly interested in Florida Gators TE Kyle Pitts and Alabama CB Patrick Surtain II.
