The Tom Brady-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers registered their 5th win of the season over the weekend. They completely outplayed Derek Carr’s Las Vegas Raiders to register a convincing 20-45 win at the Allegiant Stadium in Week 7.
Tom Brady had an impressive outing against the Raiders on Sunday. Brady went 33 of 45 with 369 passing yards and clinched 4 TDs to his name. Once again, the veteran NFL quarterback proved his doubters wrong.
Brady’s form this season has led to questions about the role he played under former coach Bill Belichick in New England. There were many critics who predicted that TB12 would be a flop in Tampa Bay, while Belichick’s Patriots would do alright with Cam Newton as their new starting quarterback. Almost two months into the 2020 season, both teams couldn’t be farther apart.

On the latest segment of Speak For Yourself, host Emmanuel Acho gave a detailed assessment of Brady’s final season in Boston. The former NFL player claimed that TB12 was the ‘pilot’ for the Patriots while coach Bill Belichick was the ‘co-pilot’.
He added, “The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were average to below average last year. They started the year below average and they ended at average.
“Right now they’re sitting as the best team in the National Football League….but New England Patriots last year with Tom Brady, they were average to above-average, made the playoffs, you could argue that they were elite, Super Bowl contention.
