Tom Brady has come under scrutiny after he made some divisive comments. The Buccaneers QB1 is already surrounding troubles in his personal and professional places, but they just keep adding up. Brady compared the NFL season with the military deployment, and many have kept their thoughts on it. A three-time Pro Bowler became the recent one to comment upon the controversy.

On Saturday’s episode of ‘Up on Game,’ former NFL LB LaVar Arrington, sounded off over the comments by Tom Brady. He also speaks on how his own experiences in a military household made him feel that something evidently separated the Buccaneers QB1 from reality.

 

LaVar Arrington mentioned, “The moment I heard that, it made me feel that the guy that is the greatest football player of all-time really is detached. The detachment from that reality doesn’t get erased with an apology. It led me to this assessment of him; if these are the things that you’re saying, you really believe that.”

“Tom is a very bright dude, he’s super smart. You’re not going to just say things that you weren’t prepare to say… Is this the first time that we can actually look at Tom Brady and say who he is as a person and as a brand could be a detriment to the team?” The three-time Pro Bowler added.

Tom Brady garnered immense criticism from the NFL Universe after his comments during the Let’s Go! Podcast. However, he came up with an apology after he realized that what he said had incensed a lot of people.

Before beginning his weekly media briefing on Thursday, The Buccaneers QB1 recalled making a poor choice of words in a comment on football and the military. He regretted hurting the sentiments that his remarks may have caused. He then began taking questions.

The comeback kid kept his point straight and made his apology heard. However, the flak may continue for quite some time.
