The Dallas Cowboys went rampant in the NFC East and stood on top. The vision to snap off the decades-long Super Bowl drought looked much closer. However, it was the San Francisco 49ers who curb stomped their dreams after winning, 23-17. The loss still does not sit well inside the Blue Star. This year, Prescott would be on the hunt to become like Nemesis from the movie Samaritan.

While speaking to NFL Reporter Jori Epstein, Dak Prescott mentioned, “You bring it up, the blood boils. I’ve moved on and that’s all it is right now, motivation… making sure we’re dialed in.”

The Dallas Cowboys could be on a revenge tour to address last year’s loss. However, the situations might look conflicting. In just a few days, a lot went wrong. LT Tyron Smith has a hamstring injury and will remain off the turf for nearly the rest of the season. James Washington also fractured his right foot and will be out for six to ten weeks. Even Michael Gallup is recovering from a left ACL injury.

Dak Prescott is eager for the season to begin. He is also ready to show the naysayers that the Cowboys are as strong as, if not greater than, the team that captured the NFC East and reached the wild-card round a year ago. Prescott believes he can hush them once more, hinting that he will go all the way with the team.

The QB1 mentioned, “The same little fog or whatever was going around when I was a rookie and I know what I went and did… Keep writing, keep talking. We’re for it but we know what we have it, we know who we are and what we’re going to do.” Prescott and his team are ready to make a run for the Lombardi. Will they snap the streak? It is subject to witness.
