Aaron Rodgers and the dominant Packers sat comfortably in Week 4. Three wins from four games meant Matt LaFleur and his men were on track for the title race. However, things took a dramatic side turn. The former Super Bowl winners lost their next four games, leaving their playoff hopes in limbo.

The 38 YO senior pro spoke about the string of losses in the Pat McAfee show. He also detailed the questionable PI call made in the Bills game that prevented the Packers from gaining a TD. I thought there was a call that definitely went against us in the game on the Tanya Touchdown. It’s a different game 27-10 to 27-14, you know it’s two scores or three scores. So, that was disappointing. It was 24-7 at the time. Would have been 24-14,” he said, expressing his grave concern. In the end, the Packers lost the game, 27-17.

What is the touchdown debate all about?

The Bills played with precision. They dominated the initial part of the game and took a 24-7 lead at half-time. However, the Packers seized a comeback moment at the start of the second half. They nearly put a touchdown on the board after A-Rod hit a wide-open Robert Tonyan. Packers fans expected a change of fortunes.

However, officials threw a flag for offensive pass interference. Meanwhile, TV replays showed the call was questionable. A visibly dejected QB gave an aggressive look at the official. However, the decision was already made, much to their regret.

Can Aaron Rodgers and the Packers still bounce back?

Technically, A-Rod and his men can qualify for the playoff by securing six to seven wins, in the remaining nine games. However, the current tide is against them, as they suffer a series of defeats in the NFL.
