Cooks got vocal about the situation in the Houston camp and how they weren’t on the same wavelength. “I’m frustrated, absolutely. I want to win. That’s not the case. That’s what’s going on. That’s the way I express my emotions. I think we all want to win. We’re all frustrated in some sense. Cooks was allowed time off from their training facility post the transfer deadline disappointment. The Texans organization kept the wide receiver at limited practice post his social media outbreak. Citing an apparent wrist injury, he also didn’t participate in the Eagles game. Post a few days off, he returned to their facility and was able to feature against the Giants.
