Terry Bradshaw, the NFL legend, had been in the news quite a lot recently because of his health concerns. The four-time Super Bowl winner is hugely popular in the NFL community because of his impeccable presentation of audio-visual media related to the gridiron. Nevertheless, a 2-year-old interview with Terry Bradshaw regarding the improvement of the Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes has caught the eye of the NFL world.

In the interview, Bradshaw talked about how many of the NFL experts didn’t recognize Mahomes’ ability early in his career, including him. Patrick Mahomes plays quarterback for the NFL team Kansas City Chiefs. He led the team through their first Super Bowl win in almost 50 years in the 2019 season. He also picked up the Super Bowl MVP that year. In the year 2018, ‘Superman’ Mahomes crossed 5000 passing yards and  50 touchdowns in a season. Deservedly, he won the NFL MVP that year.

Meanwhile, Terry Bradshaw also discussed his own time with the Steelers. He became candid with the interviewer of ‘The Herd’, and told him about the pressure he faced because of the expectations of being an MVP. Bradshaw has two Super Bowl MVP awards along with one league MVP award in 1974.

Bradshaw was full of praise for Mahomes and justified his $503 million contract with the Chiefs for 10 years. “You cannot see inside of a man’s skin. You don’t know what’s in that heart. You don’t know what bores him, what..what excites him. How he loves the big moment how cool and composed he is. Maybe you just can’t see all of that. I didn’t see it for sure,” Bradshaw said while taking to HERD.

However, things are different right now. The ‘Superman’ of the Chiefs has gained a new nickname in “Grim Reaper’ after his exploits vs Buffalo Bills. Although he won no significant individual or collective honors except the divisional champions. Terry Bradshaw is also unwell and fans are sending him messages using social media.

Hard work always pays off and Mahomes will try to change his bad patch into a purple one on SNF. He will face the Florida-based Tampa Bay Buccaneers on GW 4.
