This upcoming week fans will get to see a blockbuster matchup between the Tennessee Titans and Kansas City Chiefs. Former Cowboys star Marcus Spears analysed the situation explaining how ruthless the Titans can be.
After a slumpy 0-2 start, the Titans have rebounded with five straight wins leading the AFC south. Right now, they happen to be the underdogs; however, their previous records against the Chiefs have been eye-catching.

With a 27-3 win last year, the Titans have an upper hand over Patrick Mahomes. Something that will worry the passer entering Week 9. Recently, the former Cowboys defensive end Marcus Spears expressed his opinion on how the Titans can become a headache for Kansas City.
“Every time I’ve watched the Tennessee Titans play the Kansas City Chiefs. No, I’m not saying that they’re better. They feel like they can bludgeon them at the line of scrimmage,” Spears said on the NFL Live.
“And look, Derrick Henry has had great days and great games against the Kansas City Chiefs…..when Derrick Henry comes in, you know, he’s going to touch the ball 20 to 25 times if not 30. You know what the Tennessee Titans success, how they see success as an offensive football team,” he added to his explanation.

Both sides are 5-2 and have a great defensive line. However, in the case of the Titans, their offensive unit is a bit disturbed, with quarterback Ryan Tannehill questionable for Sunday’s game. Rookie Malik Willis might cover for him.

Although fans want to let it go gently, Mahomes very well understand the intensity of the game. While speaking to the reporters after the practice sessions, Mahomes affirmed that the team would give its best. The Chiefs need to add those crucial points to their season record.
“You gotta be ready to play,” Mahomes responded in a serious tone. “Last year we weren’t ready, and they beat our a**. So we gotta make sure that we are ready to go and that it’s going to be a physical matchup,” he added.
