He spent the first decade or so of his career with the Indianapolis Colts from 1998-2010, leading them to a Super Bowl victory in 2007. He played for the Broncos between 2012 and 2015, where his GOAT moment was scoring 7 touchdowns against the Ravens, and then winning a Super Bowl with the Broncos in 2016. Now, on the sidelines, Manning plays an important role as a mentor for many players. One of them being Russell Wilson.

While the Broncos were off to a slow start when Manning arrived. He proved to be their ride to glory with a passer rating of 105.8 with 4,659 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions in 16 games after starting as their qarterback. Whereas, Wilson’s first game consisted of sloppy penalties which cost the team 106 yards, and they recorded one of their poorest scores on the gridiron.”. Since then, things have been going downhill for the Broncos. Well, things are about to change with Manning stepping up as Wilson’s new mentor and head coach Sean Payton giving the team a major confidence revamp.
