Tom Brady turned back the clock over the last few weeks with some eye-catching displays in the league. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback was influential against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 15 and built on that in Week 16 while playing the Detroit Lions. As the Bucs gear up for their final game of the regular season, Brady will be in the limelight once again. But head coach Bruce Arians knows that his team need to improve on the offensive if they want to break the Falcons’ defense on Sunday. Here’s what he said at a pre-game press meet held earlier during the week.

While referencing their performance against the Falcons in Week 15, Arians said “Well, we missed two blitzes on third down that we picked up all season, that’s more of a technical error than it was an assignment. We fixed that in the second quarter, then we were having trouble with it again.”
“But they have a great blitz package and when they bring it, they bring a lot of speed. Dion Jones, when he’s coming…so they’ve got really good pass rushers and we did not handle the blitz really well on a couple of plays,” Arians told the press earlier this week.

The Buccaneers are currently on a 10-5 record heading into Week 17. They can lock the fifth seed spot with a win against the Falcons. In doing so, Tom Brady and Co. will ensure that they play the winner in the NFC East. Nevertheless, make sure you tune in to watch this high-paced encounter.
