Veteran NFL wide receiver, Antonio Brown, joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers midway through last season. The former Pittsburgh Steelers, Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots played an important role as the Bucs made their way to the Super Bowl LV trophy. Brown even caught a touchdown pass from quarterback Tom Brady in the endzone in the season finale against Kansas City Chiefs.

Antonio Brown and the Bucs agreed to a one-year extension this summer. Despite off-season knee surgery, Brown passed the physical, and the deal was made official at the end of May. The contract is worth $6.25 million, a $2 million signing bonus, with $3.1 million guarantees.

He started the offseason determined to challenge for a starting berth competing with the likes of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Scotty Miller, amongst others. But one can say that today was a small bump in his preparation for the upcoming season.

Antonio Brown is back at it again after punching Titans player

Tom Brady and the Bucs are working round the clock to prepare for what promises to be a thrilling title defence in 2021. They lost their first preseason game to Cincinnati Bengals last week. However, Brady barely played a role in that encounter as rookie Kyle Trask had a rather forgettable debut experience.

Antonio Brown is also looking in good shape after signing his new deal. The Bucs were practicing with Mike Vrabel’s Tennessee Titans this week ahead of their 2nd preseason game. However, there was a reported altercation during training between AB and Titans CB Chris Jackson.

The former Steelers wide man had to be ejected from the session. However, he later returned to the field to practice 7-on-7 drills. Of course, teammate Leonard Fournette saw the light side of the whole incident. He even took to Instagram with a story featuring Brown and the captions ‘heavyweight champ’.

Brown concluded the 2020 NFL campaign with 483 receiving yards from 8 games. He further had 81 receiving yards with 2 receiving TDs in the playoffs. He will look to build on that display in the coming months.
