The TB12 diet focuses on enabling its followers to consume nutrient-rich foods like fruits and vegetables. More specifically, 80% percent of the diet is plant-based, whereas the rest 20% percent includes meat. The diet also limits food with high inflammation, such as alcohol, caffeine, fruit juice, frozen meals, and soy products, amongst others. Apart from this, the Tom Brady diet also provides its users with recommendations on how to live a healthy life, like the NFL GOAT.
According to an article by Forbes, the TB12 diet talks about six key points that can be useful in staying fit and healthy for a longer time. The recommendation starts off with drinking 20 fluid ounces of water with electrolytes after waking up in the morning. It encourages users to stop eating after being 75% full to enhance digestion and absorption of nutrients. It further talks about drinking a smoothie rich in fat and protein before workout, and also limiting caffeine to one cup per day. The diet also encourages its users to make dinner the smallest meal, while avoiding eating large amounts of food before going to bed.
